Cancellation Policy:
You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that changes after this period may not be possible as your order may already be in the processing stage. Cancellations within this window will be refunded within 7 business days.

Initiating a Return:
To begin the return process, please contact our support team at support@lumivar.de. Provide your order number, name, and the email address used at the time of purchase to expedite the process.
Damaged Items:
We ensure our products are well-packaged to avoid damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged item, please report it within 72 hours of delivery via email at support@lumivar.de with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the issue and send a replacement at no extra cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for damage due to normal wear and tear or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery:
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, certain issues beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs issues, may occur. In case of delivery problems, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Delivery Address:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Failure to provide an accurate address, which is not corrected within 24 hours after your order is placed, may result in a lost package, for which we cannot offer a reshipment or refund.
