Where can I use my Street Scanner?
Our radar detectors are primarily designed to be used in the United States, though it can work in other countries if the signals used are the same.
LEGALITY:
Our devices are legal in all US states except for Virginia and Missisippi.
Our devices are only legal in the following Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan
Please note that this is a general guide to legality. Radar detectors are almost always illegal to use in commercial vehicles (buses, trucks, etc) and laws can change over time. Please conduct your own research.
Where should I mount it?
Our radar detectors perform best when mounted near the front window aimed forward. You may either use the suction cups or anti-slip mat included to secure the device.
When mounting, please be sure to not hinder or block your driving field of view for safety and compliance reasons.
